Subscriptions and payments
What do I get on a Premium subscription?
Premium subscriptions offer the highest bandwidth streams available on Celtic TV. With this level of subscription subscribers get to watch live coverage of Celtic's SPL matches. Matches in UEFA competitions will not normally be show live, for these matches a live audio commentary will be provided followed by a full match replay available on demand from 11pm. When possible due to availability of rights or coverage of matches domestic cup matches will be shown live, when not shown live we will provide an audio commentary and if possible a full match replay, this replay is subject to the availabilty of rights to show the game. Subscribers will also be able to watch The Huddle Online, Celtic's news magazine programme, exclusive coverage of the club's media conferences and exclusive interviews and features. All of these are available in the highest bandwidth offered by Celtic TV. Premium subscriptions are only available to subscribers outside the UK, Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.

How do I cancel?
You can cancel your subscription by accessing your account on WorldPay's shopper site using the username and password they sent you when you first subscribed, click here to go to the Worldpay site.
If you no longer have these details then send your username for Celtic TV, your Agreement ID from WorldPay and the date you first subscribed to webhelp@celticfc.com and we will try to cancel it for you.
What payment methods can I use for Celtic TV?
Celtic TV only accept online card payments from Mastercard, Debit Mastercard,Visa Visa Debit, Visa Electron or Maestro through Worldpay. We do not hold any card details or any financial information at Celtic TV, all payments are securely processed by Worldpay.
What is the minimum subscription length?
The minimum subscription length for annual subscriptions is one year and for monthly subscriptions is one month. All subscriptions will automatically recur at the end of their billing period. To avoid making a payment you do not want to you should cancel your subscription before the next payment date shown on your profile.
Is the Premium subscription HD?
No, Celtic TV has no HD service.
How to use Celtic TV
How do I see The Huddle Online?
Once you have logged in, click on the 'Huddle Online' link at the top of the page. The five most recent shows are on the first page though you can select more shows by opening the numbered pages at the bottom of the list. If shows from previous seasons are available you will be able to select these by using the down arrow at the side of the year and selecting the year you want to browse.
How can I watch the live match?
Once you have logged in click on the Matchday link at the top of the page. When the live video is running, the video begins one hour before the match and after a short delay the video will run. From an hour before the match until the start of the pre-match programme the player will show a holding graphic and play music. The video player uses an adaptive bitrate technology which will always try and give you the highest bitrate stream. If you are having difficulties with watching the live video this way you can still select which of the individual video streams to watch by using the drop down box below the wall and clicking select to select the stream to watch. The stream with the lowest bitrate is stream 1. You can go back to the adaptive bitrate by selecting auto and clicking select. When watching the live video you can click on the pause button to freeze the action and then return to it by clicking on the play button, if you want you can click on the timeline to the side of the button to go back and watch some earlier action, click on the live button in the player to return to the live action.
How can I listen to the live audio commentary?
Once you have logged in click on the Matchday link at the top of the page. If we are broadcasting the audio will begin automatically after a delay. Our audio programme starts an hour before the start of the match. From an hour before the match until we begin our pre-match show we will be broadcasting music.
How can I watch the match replay?
The match replay will be available to Online Plus and Premium subscribers outside the UK, Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man on the Matchday page immediately following the match. The replay will work in exactly the same way as the live matchday video. For all other subscribers the replay will be available after the holdback period set out by the broadcasters on the Home page, the Latest page, the Archive page and the Matchday page, which you can get to by clicking on their links at the top of the page. This will normally be between 10pm and midnight following the match and will be shown on the next match / last match graphic on the home page. On the day of the match you will need to click on the timeline to go past the pre-match music and programme to go to the match.
Where do I see media conferences and interviews?
Once you are logged in you should click on the 'Latest' link at the top of the page. This will show the five most recent videos available on Celtic TV. To watch older media conferences and interviews you should click on the 'Archive' link, the five most recent will be shown on the first page though you can select more content by opening the numbered pages at the bottom of the list. If videos from previous seasons are available you will be able to select these by using the down arrow at the side of the year and selecting the year you want to browse. You can also search for videos by clicking on the search button on the 'Archive' page. You should input a word to search for such as a player and any results will be shown for you to click on and watch.
How do I see old matches?

How do I upgrade my subscription level?
When you are logged in, click on the upgrade link and select your new subscription level. You will then be taken to Worldpay to enter your payment details. Once this is completed and you have been returned to Celtic TV you should email webhelp@celticfc.com to let us know you have upgraded so we can calculate any refund owed from your old subscription and have this refunded to your card via Worldpay. Please note we do not keep any financial data at Celtic TV.
What is the Celtic Wall?
The Celtic Wall is a way for subscribers to interact with each other in a fun way during a match, allowing them to express views on the game. Profanity, abusive behaviour and linking to external sites will not be tolerated and may result in a temporay or permanent ban from posting to the wall. The Wall should not be used for requests for technical help.
How do I get technical help?
For technical assistance you should check the FAQs for advice, if you cannot find a solution there you should email webhelp@celticfc.com with your username and a description of the problem. Requests for technical assistance should not be posted to the Wall.
Technical Questions
What are the system requirements to view video on Celtic TV?
Viewers should have one of the following browser and Flash versions installed to play video:

I have the correct browser installed but I am getting a warning message telling me I need to upgrade, how do I resolve this?
Some browsers have a compatibility mode to allow them to operate as if they were older versions. You must make sure that you are not running in compatibility mode. Instructions on how to do this can be found in the browser's help files.
Can I use my iPad/iPhone to watch videos on Celtic TV even though it does not have Flash?
At present no, though an update to the player will allow this in the near future. Keep checking back for an update to our player. We will make an announcement when we can do this.
Why do video clips sometimes stutter or pause during playback?
Video may stutter or pause during playback if your Internet connection is not fast enough or if your computer has an unusually slow processor or little RAM (memory). Even on broadband connections, Internet congestion or traffic can result in choppy playback or repeated buffering. You can check your actual internet bandwidth by clicking here. This can also be a result of out of date video drivers.

Why can't I see any video?
Some corporate networks, firewalls, and ad-blocking software may prevent the player from displaying. Please check with your Network Administrator to ensure that Flash video is permitted on your network. Also, disable any ad-blocking software that might prevent Flash media from loading.
Why is the video blocky or pixelated?
This can be a result of out of date video drivers.

The player is displaying a warning that says I need to upgrade the Flash player.
How do I upgrade?
The player will display a message that looks like this:
You can click on the message to obtain the latest version of the Flash Player from Adobe.
Why can't I see live video, I have the right subscription?
Live video is only available from outside the UK, Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man, if you are outside these areas please visit www.whatismyip.com and email us at webhelp@celticfc.com with the result so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
The player is not displaying correctly or is displaying the wrong video. How can I fix this?
Your web browser may be displaying cached information. To clear your browser cache for the page you're on, click CTRL + F5 on Windows, or COMMAND + SHIFT + R on Mac OS.
I cannot log in, how do I get my username and password?
You should email webhelp@celticfc.com with your name and we can reset your password for you. If you are not using the email address you registered with we will need to contact you to confirm your details.
